As an authorized service professional you recognize and acknowledge the terms and restrictions set forth herein and therefore agree to the terms of the \Pleatco Advanced Ultra Authorization Program\ below:
Terms
1.1 Pleatco Ultra products may not be sold or advertised online - (i.e. websites, e-commerce channels, etc)
1.2 Authorized Dealers/Service companies may only list on their website that they are an Authorized Pleatco Ultra provider supplying Pleatco Ultra products. Showing the Pleatco Ultra product line on a website is prohibited and a violation of this agreement.
Termination for Noncompliance -
Pleatco may terminate this purchase agreement at any time if Distributor/Dealer/Service Company fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement including but not limited to selling to non-authorized customers, ecommerce customers, or promo
